P/N 7N77023 replaces P/N 77023 The 150C-SH is a thermal power/energy laser measurement sensor with mounting threads and with an 18mm aperture. It can measure from 60mW to 5W free standing and 60W when heat sinked. It can measure energy from 20mJ to 100J. It has the spectrally flat broadband coating covering the spectral range from 0.19 to 20µm.
