BIAXIAL & DUAL OUTPUT ACCELEROMETER CONNECTORS Description:

CTC's Dual Output Vibration & Temperature Sensors and Biaxial Sensors feature a 3 Pin MIL Connector compatible with our 3 Socket MIL connectors below. At CTC, we offer the widest variety of sensor connectors on the market in order to meet your application’s specific needs for chemical compatibility/corrosion resistance, temperature resistance, and ingress protection. Permanent monitoring connectors feature materials that resist caustic washdowns and harsh environments, while our portable measurement connectors feature custom rubber strain reliefs to help prevent premature cable failure at the intersection of the connector and cable. Our molded connectors are made with CTC’s proprietary injection molding process, which has allowed CTC to create some of the most durable cordsets on the market.

A Series: CTC’s A Series is our most popular connector style. These 3 Pin MIL-Style connectors are made with CTC’s propriety injection molding process and are available in polycarbonate, nylon, PPS, or polyurethane. They feature a 316L stainless steel locking nut for added durability and corrosion resistance and can be molded onto standard cabling as well as armor-jacketed cabling.

B Series: CTC’s B Series is a Silicone Seal Tight Boot connector. This connector can achieve a maximum temperature of 350 °F when a PPS insert is selected and is ideal for certain caustic environments where silicone is a preferred material.

V Series: CTC’s V Series Viton® Seal Tight Boot is our most durable connector for ingress protection and chemical resistance. Viton® has excellent resistance to many chemicals, including chlorine. This connector also creates an IP69-rated seal with the sensor, so it is a great alternative to integral cable sensors.
