The DMP6 combines a stable, accurate and reliable Vysala DRYCAP® sensor that is immune to particles, condensation, oil mist and most chemicals.The sensor heating function greatly reduces the risk of condensation accumulated on the sensor. If the DRYCAP® sensor becomes damp, it dries quickly and restores rapid response times. In low humidity environments, the sensor will be automatically calibrated to ensure accurate measurements. The intelligent DMP6 belongs to the Indigo series and is compatible with the Indigo200 transmitter.It can be used with the Visala Insight computer software for data visualization, easy probe configuration and self-calibration.

The intelligent DMP6 is targeted at high temperature processing (100... Built by measuring dew point inside the pipeline at 350 °C (+662 °F). Reliable measurement performance can be achieved at process temperatures between 100 °C and 350 °C. The cooling system has no moving parts and requires no additional power supply or cooling device, so there is no risk of sensor damage due to mechanical cooling failure. Installation is simple as the probe can be placed directly during the machining process. No sampling system or sampling pipe heating is required for in-line measurements.

Vaisala DRYCAP® Sensors for accurate and reliable measurements:

Vaisala DRYCAP® sensors are stable, accurate and reliable, and are not affected by particles, oil fogs and most chemicals. The sensor heating function greatly reduces the risk of condensation accumulated on the sensor. If the DRYCAP® sensor becomes damp, it can quickly dry and recover. Automatic calibration ensures accurate and stable measurements. Chemical removal involves regular heating of the sensor in order to eliminate harmful chemicals. In environments with high concentrations of chemicals and cleaners, chemical removal helps maintain measurement accuracy throughout the calibration cycle.

Use alone or with Indigo transmitter:

The intelligent DMP6 is part of the Vaisala Indigo family, so it can also be used with the Vaisala Indigo200 transmitter. These transmitters have additional features such as a display that visually presents data, easy access for probe configuration, and more options for automation system connections, power voltage, and wiring. The built-in RS-485 Modbus RTU communication protocol means the DMP6 can be used as a standalone device or easily integrated into third-party systems. When used independently or in conjunction with the Indigo transmitter, the DMP6 can be connected to the Vysala Insight computer software for easy field calibration, probe configuration and equipment analysis.
