GMP231 CO² Probe

User 's Manual

The GMP231 Carbon dioxide probe is used in Carbon dioxide incubators to provide accurate and reliable Carbon dioxide measurements for complex application environments. The Carbon dioxide probe is based on Visala's CARBOCAP® technology and features an infrared (IR) light source to extend the life of the GMP251.

Features:

• Ø The probe is durable during thermal disinfection at temperatures up to + 180℃ (+356℉)
• Ø Based on the new infrared carbon dioxide sensor technology
• Ø Designed for OEM Carbon dioxide incubator applications - installation options are available
• Ø Carbon dioxide sensor measurements are optimized for 5% Carbon dioxide with measuring ranges up to 20% Carbon dioxide
• Ø 4-point traceable calibration of Carbon dioxide (including certificate)
• Ø Internal pressure and temperature measurements improve accuracy and stability
• Ø Full temperature and pressure compensation is provided
• Ø The sensor head is heated to prevent condensation

Main Advantages:

Low risk of cross contamination: The incubator can be sterilized with the installed GMP231 probe. There is no need to purify the probe separately. In addition to reducing the risk of pollution, it also saves time.
