The PD300-UV-193 is a wide spectral range photodiode laser measurement sensor. It has a 10x10mm aperture with swivel mount and a removable filter. Without filter, its spectral range is from 200 to 1100nm and its power measuring range is from 20pW to 3mW. With filter the spectral range is 220nm to 1100nm and the power range is 2µW to 300mW. There is an additional calibration point at 193nm with accuracy ±6%. The sensor comes with a 1.5 meter cable for connecting to a meter or PC interface.

What are the special requirements for 193nm radiation measurement?
Due to the strong interaction between 193 nm excimer laser radiation and ordinary substances, special attention should be paid in measurement. This radiation is absorbed by ordinary air and water vapor in the air, so the measured intensity varies by 1% per cm. Therefore, in order to measure accurately, please ensure that the distance from the laser to the measuring device is the same as the distance to the point where you want to know the power/energy. In addition, when using an energy sensor with a diffuser, please note that the surface of the diffuser will absorb gas and water vapor when it is left unused for a few days, which will reduce the reading by several percentage points. Run the laser on the sensor for a maximum of one minute or until the reading stabilizes, and then make the measurement.
