Intrinsically safe HMT370EX is the ideal solution for hazardous areas in zones 0 and 20.In addition to measuring relative humidity and temperature, the transmitter outputs other humidity parameters:Dew point temperature, wet bulb temperature, absolute humidity, mixing ratio, water concentration, water mass fraction, vapor pressure and enthalpy values. Special models for measuring trace amounts of moisture in oil and jet fuel oil are also available.

The entire HMT370EX transmitter can be installed directly in the explosive area. It can withstand continued exposure to potentially explosive environments containing flammable liquids, gases or dust. No additional protective cover is required to operate in any of these environments.
Removable probe:
Without removing the entire transmitter, the probe can be easily replaced and removed for calibration outside danger zones. Since the pre-disassembly Settings can be recovered from the transmitter, a simple reconfiguration is required to connect a new probe.
Easy configuration:
Output configuration and measurement calibration adjustment can be performed directly on the optional local display interface. Alternatively, you can connect the transmitter to the Vaisala Insight computer software and configure the transmitter and probe together or separately.
