SGW1 - NMEA 0183 to Modbus RTU/ASCII protocol converter. 2 RS232/RS485 ports (1 x NMEA + 1 x Modbus) plus USB port for configuration. This converter will read the data on an NMEA 0183 device and map the readings to Modbus registers. Power supply: 10-30vDC, consumption 70mA @ 12vDC. Dimensions: 100 x 22.5 x 112mm. Operating Temperature: -15 to 65°C.

This unit can be used to connected a serial MetPak weather station, Ultrasonic Anemometers and Garmin GPS devices to a Modbus device, eg. GRD, CMC-99 or HMI panels.
